We are pleased to announce that the Request for Application (RFA) is now open for Regional Educator Network (REN) Sponsoring Organizations for the Willamette Valley REN AND the South Coast REN. The Regional Educator Network grant is designed to strengthen educator collaboration, high quality professional learning, and regional partnerships in support of student success.
The Educator Advancement Council is seeking eligible organizations in the Willamette Valley region and South Coast region to apply. Eligible organizations include:
School districts
Education service districts
Nonprofit organizations
Postsecondary institutions of education
Federally recognized tribes of Oregon
A consortium that is a combination of the above listed entities
We invite eligible organizations to apply to serve in this important leadership role, see the timeline below.

Pre‑Application Conference
An optional pre‑application conference will be held for interested organizations on April 27 from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Topics will include:
The purpose and goals of the REN program.
Sponsoring organization responsibilities.
The RFA application process and review criteria.
Attendance is strongly encouraged for prospective applicants. The conference will be recorded and posted on the OregonBuys website. Registration details and connection information can be found online.

The RFA, application materials, and submission instructions are available on the OregonBuys website.
All applications must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on May 22, 2026, in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFA.
