New Session Title: Grounding in the Love and Life Sustaining Practices of Our Ancestors
Description: We are changing the topic and timing for the upcoming two June sessions in response to the need for critical connection given the ongoing onslaught to this earth. To spend time in our shared humanity, beauty, spirit so we can pause, respond, allow our hearts to cry, and pay attention to the soul of the world’s anguish. In these shortened two-hour sessions, we will ground in stories, poetry, and songs that sustain us from a place of depth, lightness, laughter, mourning, and other emotions that may come up. This will be followed by two hours of time to yourself. We will ground in the love and practices of our ancestors, to collectively navigate yesterday, today, and tomorrow. The previous topic will be presented in future sessions. Please note that this lightly facilitated space is designed for mutual support and story sharing, but will not have mental health professionals present nor are any of the facilitators mental health professionals.
